How long will it take my order to ship?
Ready to ship orders should take 2-3 business days. Timelines for pre-orders or items not yet in the warehouse will be specified in the item description and on your order confirmation.
I can’t find my order confirmation.
Your order confirmation should be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please check your spam folder if it doesn’t show up in your inbox.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it ships. Once your order has shipped, you may be eligible for a replacement / resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship almost everywhere.
My address is wrong! Can you fix it?
We can adjust your shipping address before orders start production. If you would like to adjust your shipping address please contact us with your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.
What if my order has already shipped?
Once the order leaves our warehouse it is now in the hands of the postal service. You'll have to contact them for any issues regarding shipping.
If I'm outside of the USA will I have to pay a customs charge?
It depends on where you are located. By law we are required to value our items correctly and you are responsible to pay any duties collected by your local government.
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for a new size or refund?
All sales are final once shipped, unless received damaged. Please double-check size charts before ordering!
