How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it ships. Once your order has shipped, you may be eligible for a replacement / resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship almost everywhere.

My address is wrong! Can you fix it?

We can adjust your shipping address before orders start production. If you would like to adjust your shipping address please contact us with your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.

What if my order has already shipped?

Once the order leaves our warehouse it is now in the hands of the postal service. You’ll have to contact them for any issues regarding shipping.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Orders should ship within 2-3 business days. Pre-order timelines will be specified in the item description.

If I'm outside of the USA will I have to pay a customs charge?

It depends on where you are located. By law we are required to value our items correctly and you are responsible to pay any duties collected by your local government.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for a new size or refund?

All sales are final once shipped, unless received damaged.
